City of Swan, Guideline- Assisting Street Present and Homeless People
The City of Swan’s internal guidelines provide City employees with information and a coordinated approach on the management of how to respond to people experiencing homelessness within the City’s facilities or public open spaces. This document encourages a compassionate approach, outlines specific actions Swan staff member should take and the requirements for records keeping and customer service.
