Funding, City of Mandurah
In April 2022 the City was advised that this grant application was successful for two projects in Mandurah
Lot 44 Montsalvat Drive Greenfields, Central Park Estate, Greenfields
$5M awarded towards development of 35 dwellings comprising 7 x one bed apartments, 14 x two bed apartments, 7 x three bed apartments plus 7 x three bed townhouses
1/36 Mercedes Ave Falcon
$1.95M awarded towards redevelopment of an existing site for 8 x 2 bed apartments.
Housing Choices Australia have thanked the City for its support in obtaining the funding for the Montsalvat project which highlights a strong partnership between State Government, local government and Community Housing Provider delivering a variety of different home types across high demand locations which are suitable for a wide range of individuals and families including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, young people, people with disability, seniors, and women and children leaving family and domestic violence situations.
