Funding, City of Vincent
The City of Vincent funds the Nyoongar Outreach Services to provide street level early social intervention to Aboriginal people who may be at risk within the area. Services include provision of transport to a safe place, preventative mobile patrols, defusing conflict through mediation and assisting people to access appropriate services and agencies by making referrals to sobering up centres, refuges, crisis accommodation and other short- or long-term accommodation options for people experiencing homelessness.
