Leederville Precinct Structure Plan
The Leederville Precinct Structure Plan underwent business case analysis the result was the site being developed would be prioritised for mixed use development, including affordable housing
To encourage this priority the Precinct Structure Plan allows applicants who have entered into a contract to deliver a minimum 10% affordable dwellings in partnership with an approved housing provider or not-for-profit organisation recognised by the Housing Authority will be permitted to build two additional stories above acceptable maximum.
