Practice 113.1 guides Town staff on responding to reports of people experiencing homelessness within the Town. It covers reports of rough sleeping in public areas, Town facilities and on private properties. It also outlines how left belongings are dealt with and retrieved. Guidelines on handling reports of nuisance behaviour are also covered. As well as some general guidelines for frontline staff engaging with rough sleepers.
